Naturally Strengthen Your Hair at Home
Our hair has a lot of suffering to deal with, especially because of the high-level of pollution that our cities have. If you have thin hair, you know how bad it can get. Fortunately, there are plenty of solutions available, most of them all natural and right in your kitchen.
We have a 4-ingredients recipe that will help you achieve great hair in a short period of time. Even though it may get messy, the results are definitely worth it.
You will need: 1-2 eggs, 2 tbsp of real mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of olive oil and ¼ avocado. These amounts are fit for medium-length hair; if your hair is longer, simply add more of the ingredients above.
Now, you need to mix the ingredients together and beat them well. Then, apply the mix onto your dry hair, wrap it in plastic wrap and wait 20 minutes. At the end of the 20 minutes, simply wash your hair with a dime-sized amount of sulfate-free shampoo.
You will notice that, in time, your hair will become stronger and shinier. It is important to understand that our hair does not need fancy products. Sometimes, natural ingredients that we have in our kitchen will do. On the other hand, if you have far more advanced hair related problems, don’t hesitate to seek the opinion of a specialist.
If you don’t have all the 4 ingredients, you can create a mix out of olive oil, eggs, and a little bit of honey. This mix will work just fine as honey also has tremendous properties.
